Kevin P. Pelletier - Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Pelletier has over ten years experience as an investment banker having arranged over $600 million in corporate and structured finance transactions for middle market companies. Previously, Mr. Pelletier held senior management level business development positions with divisions of global consumer goods conglomerates including Unilever Plc, Diageo Plc and InBev. Mr. Pelletier possesses FINRA Series, 7, 63 and a Series 24 Securities Principal License and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Husson University in Maine. He is an inductee of the University Alumni Hall of Fame.
Mr. Pelletier is on the Board of Trustees of Weingart Center Association and President of Weingart Center Partners. Located on Skid Row in downtown Los Angeles, the Weingart Center is one of the largest homeless rehabilitation facilities in the United States.
Mr. Pelletier serves on the Board of Advisors for Permacity Solar Corporation, Greenhouse Marketing Agency and Macondo Imports.

Mark E. Reinstein - President - Colony Park Financial Services, LLC
Mr. Reinstein has been in the securities business for over 22 years. Prior to joing Colony Park Financial as president in 2001, Mr. Reinstein was with two of the largest firms on wall street. He has extensive experience in wealth management, corporate finance, and FINRA/SEC compliance. Mr. Reinstein holds FINRA series 7,63,4,66,and 24 licences.
